- We offer Same Day Delivery option at selected locations for prepaid orders confirmed by 6 PM (except on holiday or Sunday).
- We are using best standard shipping companies with tracking number.
- You will receive a confirmation mail once your order is shipped.
- We are charge for Freight charge or courier charge on every shipment on the basis of distance, weight, dimension & number of parcels.
- If there is a problem in delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us.
- We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time.
- In case of any disputes, we help you to escalate timely. We escalate with our logistic partners for any issues reported by you.
Note:- Replacements are free of cost for any DOA/Faulty products provided customer raises such requests from the portal at the earliest and within
10-days of the order delivery (7-days for products under Repacked or Refurbished category).
